Dakar, le 4 Juillet 2017- Dans le cadre de la RSE et plus spécifiquement de la mise en oeuvre de la Convention de partenariat entre l'Université Assane Seck de Ziguinchor (UASZ) et le Groupement d'Entreprises WARTSILA / COSAMA / VIVO ENERGY signée à Ziguinchor en Décembre 2016 lors de la 8° édition du Forum sur la RSE au Sénégal, une équipe de WARTSILA West Africa composée du Directeur des Ressources Humaines, M.Yaya Diallo, de la Responsable Marketing/Communication & RSE, Mme Salimata Dia, et du Responsable QSE, M.Assane NDiaye ont reçu en entretien cinq (5) étudiants de l'UASZ de niveau Master 2.
A l'issue des entretiens, WARTSILA West Africa procédera sur la base des résultats à un recrutement de stagiaires sur une période de 3 mois. Parmi les critères essentiels retenus par WARTSILA : la maîtrise de l'anglais et le projet professionnel proposé.
Conformément à la Convention, cette action RSE au profit de l'UASZ sera reconduite en 2018 et 2019 par WARTSILA West Africa si l'évaluation s'avère positive.
A noter que les déplacements entre Dakar et Ziguinchor des stagiaires recrutés par Wartsila sont assurés gratuitement par COSAMA (Liaison maritime Dakar - Ziguinchor) dans le cadre de sa politique RSE.
